Half baked!!

How am I 20 weeks pregnant already?!?

Seriously, I cannot believe how quickly time has been flying by!  (I know, I say that ALL the time...but, it's so true!)  Didn't I just post my 6 week bloat/bump pic like, last week??  Craziness!

I've been having so much fun since we found out we're having a little girl.  The shopping has definitely begun, and I actually just placed my order for a whole bunch of adorable crochet headbands/flower clips in all different colors!!  Eeeeek!  I LOVE babies in little headbands, bows, clips, etc....they're so adorable.  I can't wait to dress her all up and put those in her hair.  Oh, and speaking of hair, I'm afraid this little lady is going to have a TON of hair, seeing that both me and Hubs had a lot when we were born.  Oh boy!  Well, at least I'll have something to clip all her little bows to, right?  ;)

So, other than shopping, finishing up our registry, and spending time with Hubs' brother/SIL and their new baby boy, things have been pretty quiet around here.  Seeing my new little nephew does make me want my little girl here SO badly, though!  He is absolutely adorable, and I can't wait to hold my own baby.  I have the feeling the next 5 months are going to be looooong ones.  We'll see!

And now, on to the fun stuff!  Here's a few pics of the things I've picked up for the little babe in the past week or so...I can't resist the cuteness!!  I'm in trouble these next couple of months.  Ha.

Baby B is a.....

little GIRL!!!!!!  :D  :D

I don't have much time to post this morning (so busy at work!), but I didn't want to leave you all hanging all day! 

Hubs and I are SO excited, and we can't believe we can finally start calling our baby 'she', instead of 'it'.  It's the best feeling!!  She has all her arms/legs/fingers/toes and is healthy and happy! 

And, now the SHOPPING begins!!  Ohhhhh boy...I'm in some serious trouble.  ;)

**OH!  And, I forgot to add....my sister-in-law is at the hospital RIGHT NOW having her baby boy!!  I'm going to be an auntie today and finally get to meet my little nephew!  Eeeek, I can't wait!!  :D

What is that....Popcorn? A teeny tiny drum? A fish??

It's me finally feeling Baby B moving/kicking/swimming in my belly!!!  :)  :)  :)

For the past week or so, I've been laying flat every night before bed and trying so hard to feel any movement from the baby...but, no real luck other than a bunch of gas bubbles.  But, there was no mistaking what I was feeling today!!  It felt like little taps/pops in my lower abdomen, and it came in 3/4/5 taps/pops in a row.  The BEST feeling.

And, now that I'm home laying down and really concentrating on it (while I poke at my stomach over and over...I can't help it!), it literally feels like I have a tiny little fish swimming around in my belly.  It's so strange...but so awesome. 

I cannot wait until I start feeling these kicks daily and even stronger...and I really can't wait for Hubs to start feeling some kicks from the outside!  He's never felt a baby kick before, and he's been saying that the first baby he wants to feel move is our baby.  So, I'm hoping it's sooner than later for him.  It's going to be so amazing to see his face the first time he actually feels him/her!

Oh, and just in case you were wondering...only 6 MORE DAYS until our big ultrasound!!  :D

I stole borrowed this idea from Lindsey's blog, who's now pregnant with her 2nd little munchkin.  Her baby Noah is just the cutest, and their little family of 3 (soon to be 4!) is absolutely adorable...definitely go check her blog out!  ;)

Sooo, please give me a little idea of what you all think Baby B is going to be and vote....a little girl or a little boy?!  Only 11 more days until the BIG ultrasound....I really cannot wait.

Vacation!

Yep, I'm on vacation!  SO exciting!   Or, is it??

Oh yeah, where am I?....sitting my lazy butt on my couch right now.  Ha!  But hey, at least I'm not at work right now, right?!  This is definitely much better, and much more relaxing.  ;)

Unfortunately, we didn't have the money to go on another vacation, since we're paying off bills and saving everything else for Baby B, so Hubs and I took the week off together to just relax and get things done around the house that we've been putting off for months.  But, it's now Wednesday and I haven't crossed one thing off of my 'to-do' list...and Hubs has only done like, 2 things on his.  Ooops!  We're getting there, I swear.  It doesn't help that the weather has been great here lately, and all we want to do is be outside, go for bike rides, and drive around in hubby's jeep with the top down and doors off.  But, that's what vacation is for, right?? 

Other than that, nothing too exciting going on around here.  We're just counting down the days until our anatomy scan, so we can see our little peanut again, make sure he/she is good and healthy, and finally found out whether we have a Little Miss or Mr. in there!  Only 12 days to go!!  :D

Here's my latest belly pic at 16 weeks.  I have an avocado in my belly right now...how cute!  And yum, I love avocados.  Teehee. 

I know I say it every time, but, I really can't believe how quickly this pregnancy is flying by!  How am I already 17 weeks this Friday?!  Seriously.  It's crazy! 

Oh!  And, I almost forgot.  Hubs and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary on Monday.  Happy Anniversary to us!  :)  Seriously...again...where the heck has the time gone?!  I honestly feel like it was just last week that we got married.  This year has flown by, but, I guess it's true what they say....time flies when you're having fun!  And, we definitely had a great year - so much to be happy and thankful for.  I cannot wait to see what this next year has in store for us!  I have the feeling it may just top this past year...we'll see.  ;)

I'm a roll with these blog posts now!  ;-)  I also haven't done a TT in forever, so I figured today was the perfect day for it!  Hop on over to Katie's blog to join in!

I've been thinking all day and night about this (which is crazy, if you actually knew me...I NEVER wish the summer away!), and I figured what better way to say what I'm SO looking forward to, than with some pictures?!  Who doesn't love a post full of pictures? 

FALL

Don't you just love the smell of fall in the air??  The leaves changing colors (at least around here they do), cooler weather, pumpkin picking, fairs, apple cider, football games, the delicious food that comes with fall/holidays, decorations....I really think it's becoming one of my favorite seasons! 

And, right around when fall starts is when we'll be finding out if we're having a little football player or a little cheerleader!!  Eeeek, I can't wait!  :D

1.  San Diego

It's absolutely GORGEOUS there.  The weather is perfect 99% of the time and there's so much to do....beautiful beaches and surfing, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, shopping.  I could go on and on.  I move there in a heartbeat if we could!  And, it doesn't hurt that one of my best friends lives there, as well.
